Please note the following important information regarding our shipping and return policy:
- Shipping charges calculated at checkout are estimates and are subject to change based on the final weight, size, quantity, and destination of the order.
- Due to the weight and size of our products, particularly large or multiple-bucket orders, the actual shipping cost may exceed the amount calculated online.
- If additional shipping charges are required, the customer will receive a separate invoice for the difference. The additional shipping balance must be paid before the order can be shipped.
- If the customer chooses not to pay the additional shipping charge, the order may be canceled and the purchase price refunded.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
- Custom Color Orders are FINAL SALE: Due to the nature of custom color mixes, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items.
- Restocking Fee: Eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
